Philosophy
The philosophy of the In-House program is to have "FUN". The program is structured to emphasize maximum participation of every player, develop soccer skills and instill the value of good sportsmanship. MASC does not keep score or league standings either by teams or individuals.
Coaching
Coaches are the face of the MASC to the community as well as role models, mentors, and teachers to the young children who play for them.
Coach’s Duties Include:
- Communicating to players and their families
- Supporting Club Policies
- Ensuring fun and competitive games/practices for all players

In-house teams are formed using the following guidelines:

· U8 Boys/Girls
· U10 Boys/Girls
